[TUFF] Old Church Ruins Island - Offsim

Updated August 2022 to include a new controller tool for easy rezzing and off sim placement.

This offsim island with old church ruins is made with high quality textures and sculpted ground, rocks, flowers, water rushes and tall grass.

Relax on the garden bench with sit animations in each of the 3 prims.

Do some rock fishing - there is a fishing animation with a fishing rod giver. The rod is cop/transfer so your friends can enjoy this too.

Stand and enjoy the view from the tower window.

To add to the atmosphere there is the sound of a cricket in the garden.

The structure is phantom.
