The TV aerial and bracket has a high LOD (level of detail) so it can be seen at distance and won't disappear even if mounted on a roof top. It therefore has a land impact 2 (at a height of 2.5 metres).
The aerial and mounting are separate prims so you can adjust the height and direction of the aerial or remove the bracket altogether to reduce the land impact to just 1 prim.
