TWI fox wing deform

/ Something I wanted to try for the fox, default size only, will probably work for other quad avatars too
/ Images show starfire angel wings by aii, most other wings should have similar results
/ Because the wings are rotated flying animations aren't always going to look sensible in the direction they flap
/ It's best to attach AFTER wearing wings
