Those who r commenting as if it isn't good, those don't know how to set up full perm items ! So they shouldn't buy full perm items.
We need to choose face & click & then resize or use texture provided...then then it will look like in the picture.

Very poor quality even for the price listed.
Will not texture properly. LOD is very low. Texture flashes on the legs of the table.

The LOD is terrible, you can't sit in the chairs, it looks terrible.
