Been using this system for years, I imagine I always will for years to come. Thanks for all the fun time!
Both are excellent
These are the most essential dice based combat systems that you're going to get that are effective, fun and efficient. Forget about things like inventories or monetary systems because there are none, this is a fine line between free form RP and one that is system based. The only thing I miss, that leaves room to debate on a sim community would be the ranking system.
The best thing is that they are free, and by doing that, Alkaia is perhaps keeping a handful of sims alive by themselves. Thank you.
Time consuming, complicated
This is made for large scale battle, mostly aimed at soldiers, and the manual is very complex and full of tricks that if you're not a seasoned user of this, you don't know all the things you can do and the RP suffers. Very steep learning curve and in the end, not worth it.
