The home is No copy, No modify, No transfer, however easily rezzed and de rezzed.
Set the rezzer at least 5 meters above land when you rez your new house. then lower into position.

Stunning!
I first saw this great build about 5 or 6 weeks ago and loved it.. I think I must have visited the store in-world a dozen times, just so I was 100% sure it's what i wanted. After playing around with all of the many different features in various settings, night, sunset, sunrise and so on, I knew I had to have it.
Typically of course, SL with it's many hiccups told me it had been delivered when in fact it hadn't.. BUT.. not a problem!! I contacted Blaze via NC and IM and he got back to me when i logged back into SL. Minutes later, he had sent me another. Now that's great customer service!
You can't imagine how fast i rezzed the house, being thrilled to have my own. It's just so relaxing, peaceful. The features are extensive, the textures amazing, quality outstanding and well.. I just love it!
I really cannot recommend this enough to you.. it's well worth the spend! Have your doubts? Ask me in-world!
