I knew it was no copy or mod before buying, figured 250L couldnt complain. The house is in fact really cute; however, had you made it copy and mod, I think more people would be inclined to like it for a couple reasons. Copy because someone is always messing up their house, accidently deleting it, you name it. You do that here and you just lost yourself 250L. Mod because some people like to add their own touch to a house they plan on living in. Maybe change the wallpaper in a bedroom, especially if they have kids. And mod is also very useful if the house is just a little too many prims, a person could remove some extra detail prims and save on a few prims. Doesnt seem like alot, but in the end, having a copy, mod house is beyond useful. I for one would have loved to use the house had it been Mod, but it wasnt and its just slightly too large for the spot I wanted to put it in, I could have shrunk it down a little since you took the effort to make such high ceilings, it wouldnt have affected the over all house to be shrunk to fit my parcel.
Just a few opinions to think about on your next build. Keep on the good work, as stated before, the house is very cute.
