[Tampon Inside] Outside Sim Island with Light Tower

My heart goes out to the previous reviewer. With many offsim pieces, when you rez it, you have to make sure the root prim is on your land somewhere, and not over the edge, else it'll just return to your lost and found inventory. Easiest solution is to rezz it right in the centre of your parcel, then push it out in edit mode.

Just bought this Outside Sim Light Tower. But it's odd because everytime i want to rez it the whole thing disappears right in the second i want to put it on its place. I've tried it again and again with the same result. Not sure what the problem is. I can rez all my stuff on my parcel, except this one.
