This is a one bedroom/ bath home. the shower has a wash animation and shower head on touch give you water. This home has a huge front sun deck, and two patio's in the back. Inside the sales box i have placed some low prim patio furniture, full sit poses. all my furniture have sit poses.
This home fits a 28 x 28 Foot print, It comes fully furnished. A remote TV button lets you hide or watch TV. nothing is linked to the main house so you can change out anything you don't like. ( edit linked and unlink and take)

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezzed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
