I built this as a tavern, but it can also be a different type of shop, or even a home if you wish. There are small rooms on the second floor, and the third floor (under the roof) can be used too.

Low Prims, and old style textures in a two story building. It is perfect for my parcel setting. Great price as well. Easy to modify
