[TeaveTek] Abandoned Land Scanner Version 1.0

If you find abandoned land, Linden Labs will sell it to you (pg and mature sims with caveats), or allow you to bid on it at auction (adult sims). You'll also get priority if you already have land in the region. The trouble is finding parcels that look abandoned because they look like normal land. The Abandoned Land Scanner will scan the region it's placed in and let you know where the abandoned parcels are in the region.
