Teleport Effect & Black Death Summoning HUD

This HUD will not only create a Rotating Fire Effect whenever you teleport to a location where you are allowed to rez objects, but will also allow you to summon a skeleton ghost named Black Death. Black Death can be summoned, and dismissed, from the HUD. Also, should you choose, you can activate the teleportation effect whenever you desire by touching the HUD as well.
