The TELEPORTER is a "sit target" based teleport system and is made to give the user instant access to:

* up to 12 configurable teleport targets

Public/Group/Owner access settings are available.

Configuration is stored inside a notecard. A simple installation procedure, based on the use of markers, is provided.

Scripts are copy/no modify/transfer.

By purchasing you agree that these scripts may NOT be resold as single items or inside a script collection pack or similar. You are allowed to use these scripts as part of your creations. Copy OR transfer permissions MUST be removed from these scripts before you include them in your products.

This product is also available with different permissions, so please have a look at the related items.

CONTENT:
====================

Inside this package you will find:

1) these instructions

2) a script named "controller_X.Y" and a notecard named "controller_configuration"

3) a script named "configurator_X.Y"

4) a script named "target_X.Y"

5) a working example with everything installed and configured

INSTALLATION:
====================

1) put the "controller_configuration" notecard in the prim you want to use as the controller (a prim named Controller is included in the package as an example). Give this prim a meaningful name (inside the object editor window) and move/rotate it as desired (you can also link this prim into your build without altering script functionality)

2) put the "target_X.Y" script in the prim you want to use as a target marker (a prim named Target is included in the package as an example). Give this prim a meaningful description (inside the object editor window) and and move/rotate it to the location you want to teleport at (the distance between the controller and the target marker is limited to 300.0 meters on each axis)

3) repeat step 2) for each teleport target

4) put the "configurator_X.Y" script in the controller and touch the prim. The controller will locate every target marker and will print on the chat window the final configuration. This configuration is a sequence of lines, each of them in the format:

target name="..." type="relative" position="..." rotation="..."

Copy this configuration into the "controller_configuration" notecard.

All recorded teleport data are relative to the controller prim's position and rotation. This means that if you move or turn the controller prim, every teleport target will move in relation to that.

5) remove the "configurator_X.Y" script from the controller

6) put the "controller_X.Y" script in the controller (please remember to remove the copy or the transfer permission from the script)

7) delete every target marker prim

CONFIGURATION:
====================

The "controller_configuration" notecard defines the following configuration:

1) the name, the type, the position and the rotation of the teleport targets; position and rotation can be relative (to the controller prim) or absolute

2) the number of seconds a selected teleport target is enabled

Touch the controller and press the "Reset" button if you change the content of this notecard.

USAGE:
====================

Simply touch the controller and follow the dialogs.

The "Access" and the "Reset" options are accessible only to the owner.

UPDATES:
====================

A check for updates is performed when the package is rezzed.
