It is fabulous, but...
I don't know why it does it, but if you move to shrink it, the LI shoots up to insanity level. 40x40 is 340 LI. I've used their landscapes before, and never had this happen until now. So letting you know that 1) it is a tad weird if you want to shrink it, and 2) Is fantastic and easy to use their set up. The waterfalls have mist, and everything. It is very well scripted and put together.

Most will see the prims and run away screaming but considering it is totally terraformed with road, hills and the perfect grotto building area ever seen in SL you have a bargain. Jumbo is one of, if not the best builder of pre-made designs. I have followed and bought from him since his beginning and have never been disappointed. Great personal customer service if you should ever have an issue. Ten stars

Oh My! Jumbo has outdone himself now. This one is perfect for those wanting to add landscaping to their parcel. Lovely waterfalls. The "pond" is excellent...and can be used in a separate build.
