Outdated for sim terrain
While my original comment said:
"Took a risk and it didn't pay off this time. The textures were great in their day I'm sure, but are outdated now. Putting them on a sim makes them look stretched and distorted. Probably still ok for smaller building work. Not suitable as sim terrain though, in my humble opinion."
I wanted to add that the creator was more than generous and kind and got in touch with me & refunded me my money, even though I didn't seek that. Thank you Diana :) The textures would work well on smaller items and things you can play with the repeats of textures on, to adjust the look.
