This hanger is modeled after a hanger that was used in the 1930's at Paul Cox Airport in Terra Haute, Indiana. The airport and hanger building are no longer there. You can read more about it and other abandoned and little known airfields at http://members.tripod.com/airfields_freeman/IN/Airfields_IN_S.htm . This airport has a special meaing to me as my mother used to tell me about her first airplane ride in a biplane at this airport. The pilot took her and my dad up and did some barrel rolls and mom got sick!..lol. Cost of the 30 minute flight was $5 USD.
The hanger is styled and textured so that it will work for a military or civilian airport. It will go especially with a WW1 or WW2 Theme but can be used in any time period theme
I have also included some free stuff so you will have hours of fun setting up your airport.
Here are the features included in the build:
-Modeled after 1930’s hanger in Terre Haute,

-Styling and texturing suitable for WW1 and WW2
-2 Large sliding doors
-40 x 40 Floor Space
-Woodstove
-51 Prims
-Add your own roof sign or we can do it for you at no additional cost
