The Tesla Tech's Starbase Outpost comes complete with a headquarters building a landing pad area and a barracks for your troops and a power plant building all secured behind the fortified wall with guard towers!

HORIZONS HOLODECK USER

To install your new scene in your HORIZONS holodeck, rez the "HORIZONS Scene Installer" object next to your HORIZONS system, then click on the installer orb. The system will alert you in chat that the contents have changed, and reset, and let you know that its ready for use. Select a suitable location for placement of your holodeck. The Starbase Outpost occupies a 64m x 84m space and uses 159 prims.

Decent Build, Could Use An Update
This build really is cool. The textures could use an update. The price is a bit high given it does need some updates done. It's hard to find good Horizons scenes anymore so I don't regret the purchase. Just wish it was updated in the last few years.
