Texture Transmission HUD and Receiver with Notecard Configuration and Auto Reset
This script set provides a practical and flexible solution for transmitting and receiving textures on objects within virtual environments like Second Life.
Transmission HUD
Sends a texture UUID over a configurable channel, automatically reading both the channel and UUID from separate notecards. Simply edit the notecards to change settings without needing to rewrite the script manually.
Texture Receiver
Listens on the configured channel via notecard and automatically applies the received texture to the object. Ensures only transmissions from the same owner are accepted for enhanced security.
Auto Reset Feature
Both scripts detect any changes in the inventory — including notecard edits, additions, or deletions — and automatically reset to reload the updated configurations, making the process smooth and user-friendly.
Easy Customization
Settings are centralized in the notecards, allowing quick adjustments without advanced scripting knowledge.
Owner Feedback
Provides private chat messages to the owner at every step — from reading notecards to sending and applying textures — offering full transparency and control.
