This simple to use Texture Change HUD Kit allows you to make a HUD to change the texture of an object and use animated textures on your project.
This packs includes a notecard for configuration, a controller script, a receiver script, and an instruction notecard.
This kit is for use with GIFs made with 'G2SLA' GIF Maker.
How to Use:
Please follow the HUD Kit Instructions notecard for how to set up the kit.
**Only 1 GIF can be animated on an object at all times. Different GIFs on multiple faces of a single object is not possible.

Works fine but not secure
The whole system is pretty straight forwards and easy to use.
However, if you are a designer, it has one major security flaw that just makes it unusable (at least for me). The texture (sprite sheet) has to be put inside the HUD and it has to be FULL PERM. This means, that even if you set your HUD to no-mod, still literally anyone will have full access to your gif sprite sheet and will be free to export and use it.
While this might not be an issue if you're not making your own gifs and only use those found online, it will be a massive problem for someone who does their own gifs and doesn't want them stolen from the item.
I am really hoping that in the future there would be a way for the system to work solely on UUIDs without having to expose the source full perm sprite sheet in the item.
Updated Review: Works well
after discussing with the creator, we managed to work out what i was doing wrong.
Works well even tho it has bare minimum information on what to do and what not to do, But does work and very well at that. Worth the money and time even if i had to ask for support, The support was quick and helpful. Quite a nice person aswell!
Excellent Product!
I found it perfect for incorporating GIF animations into my creations. When I had a query about the script, the creator responded to me promptly. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend this product.
