Right click on the dress -> edit -> (select face + edit linked to checked). In the texture tab -> click on the bottom of the dress, the collar, sleeves and 100% transparency.
Then adds the texture of the dress!

!!! If you have the problem like on the image it is necessary to make -> edit -> texture -> transparency 2% and the worry is set :) !!!!
