By purchasing textures from MB - The Builders you are agreeing to the following binding rules:

Textures from MB - The Builders may not be resold, or retouched/manipulated and resold under any circumstance. Likewise, MB - The Builders textures may not be given away free on their own or as part of any package in or outside of Second Life.

For prefab builders and sellers, you may inc the textures as part of your build but ensure you untick the transfer perm on all.
Just as you set perms to stop customers reselling your builds, the same applies to textures from MB - The Builders. With the transfer unticked they can only use them on their build for personal use.

You may use these textures on all your personal projects. Builders, clothes, and furniture designers are free to use textures they purchase directly in the store in the construction of their wares which can then be sold to others.

You may also save to your PC and modify with the sole intention of re-uploading to use on your personal and commercial projects inside SL. However resell of these modified textures is not allowed. Only use on buildings.

You must NOT share these textures with anyone outside SL including but not restricted to websites, other virtual worlds or for resale or free distribution in or out of Second Life.

If you see a texture that you believe is based on a protected image, please notify us. Likewise, we hope that if you see textures of us for sale at other locations you will let us know.
