The Artist Loft Skybox 30 Version 1.0

Built for Neoterica by Stone Soup, the Artist Loft 30 is a 30 X 30 skybox. The duplex has high-ceilings and tall windows that look out over a city. Cement supports, fine wood stairs and railings, curtain-accented windows, and loft lighting create the perfect self-contained urban ambiance. A decorative door (does not open) is provided to give the feel of ground living, while enabling the privacy of a skybox. The second floor has a semi-enclosed 18 X 15 room suitable for a bedroom or office. The spacious landing can be used for an office or a den.
