The Avalon is just the right size - 25M X 25M. The front porch beckons you to either sit in a rocking chair or enter into your 'home'. A large entry area has a bay window where you can place your sun-worshiping flowers. Built-in bookcases line an entire wall and a planter box filled with plants divides the entryway and kitchen eating area.
There's a large living room with tons of room to decorate any way you wish. One bedroom sits off the living room and a screened-in porch is on the front of the house. Lots of room to relax while your ceiling fan keeps you cool.
Touch any of the windows and a drop-down menu appears to give you the option of either clear glass or privacy shades. Locking doors.
The Avalon is 124 prims and copy/mod. Initially the rezzing box will say no copy/no mod but that is just for the scripts in the rezzer box. The house IS copy/mod.
