Nice Beach Villa with a big pool in Bauhaus-Style.
The Villa fits ideal on the corner of a parcel, so it safes you quite a bit of space.
The window changing system works in three way, open, semi and closed, with excellent blinds textures and you can set the pool site and the seaside different. So it gives you more options to have your privacy.
The Pool and the stairs are lighted with in build down lights. That makes a nice atmosphere at night.
The Set includes two beach chairs and the colour changing umbrella from my store :o)
The building comes in a rezzer-system so it is easy for you to fit it right on your land.
But still read the setup- instruction, it can safe you a lot of hassle.
The other items are separate in the boy, so you can place them wherever you want.
The size is 25*30m and the Villa has 199 prim incl. the furniture which are coming with the house.
It is copy, modify, but not transfer.
