A stunning three level octagonal-shaped timber building, with attractive dark blue lace window and door curtains, 360 degree balconies, ornate wrought iron railings, polished wood floors, and stunning wall textures. The bottom floor has windows, to let in natural light and provide some views; the middle floor has no windows, so it has more privacy; the top floor has both windows and a good-looking skylight, letting in a lot of beautiful natural sunlight.
Unconventional yet beautiful, this building makes a great focal point and subject of interest in any sim. Though it's quite roomy, it has a small footprint, so it will fit into most parcels of land. Suits many types of sims, from traditional Japanese through to medieval through to modern through to fairy through to romantic garden through to party sim through to...well, pretty much anything really!
Please note, this building has no stairs, so you will need to put in a teleporter or fly or tp between floors. We tend to find that most people have personal preferences about which teleporter they like best, so no teleporter is built into this. That way, you can choose whatever one you like that will match your decor and lifestyle and the theme of your sim, and you won't be stuck with a futuristic style teleporter in a medieval sim, or vice versa. Marketplace has a lot of free teleporters, if you don't want to spend money. Or you can buy one with all the bells and whistles if you prefer, or use one you already have. The choice is completely yours. Alternately, just set a landmark on each level, if the building is just for your personal use. That's what we often do in situations like this.
