The Black Jade Compound is here...
this build is made up of 598 prims if you rezz the fountain it consists of 100 more prims so if you rezz both compound & fountains plural meaning two. the total would be 798 prims LI. i rented a 4096 square meter plot which is was 64x64 which sufficed. with a prim allowance of 1485 prims for 1396L$ a week. which gave me plenty of prims left over to decorate the build both inside & out.

Majestic
A magnificent majestic build , the textures are gorgeous and makes one feel like your really in Asia . If you want to add realism to your RP i highly recommend this build . Yet another wonderful building from Stephi .
