This is a lovely little bunting boathouse is built to sit on the sand or with the decking over the water.
What better way to just sit and watch the world go by either in the day time or under the lamp in the evening.
55 prims. Yes it includes the boat.
(this boathouse is less prims than the blue boathouse)
All prims are fixed, so no, the doors do not close and are positioned in place.
