The Beach Skybox

The Braemar Duplex is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 4.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 16.5 m by 12 m, consisting of a large spacious main room with a forward facing window and to the rear French doors.,
from the lounge the hall takes you up stairs to the top floor with two bedrooms, the main one has a front aspect and the second over looks the rear.
The whole build is decorated using a texture enhanced UV map which provides the shaded effect, this should not be modified although, the windows, doors and floors are modifiable should you wish.
