The Calpe Cape House is a double-storey Dutch Colonial Revival inspired house. It has 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs and another one on the ground floor which can also be turned into a library/study.
This house will look great near a beach or the suburb. I have also included a double storey garage and landscaping which are optional. I have also included privacy screen and you can also turn this into a skybox.
I have made 3 rezzer boxes, one for the main house, one for the garage and one which includes both the house and garage and landscaping.
