The Calvin House ( Boxed)

A lovely house with a Footprint of 36x42 Mt. and using only 84 Prim's, as you enter the main door going past the Pool, you enter into the house to a lovely wooded floor area and to the left of this there is another room that is on a raised area approached via 2 steps. Using the built in TP system you are transported to the upper lever where you have two longer rooms that both have their own sun decks and own door leading to them, you also have Tint windows for total privacy, and then on the roof of the building you have your own Helicopter landing pad where you could keep your private Helicopter ready for use. A super house just waiting to be turned into a cosy home.
