A majestic tree, that was not originally intended for sale, as land impact is an issue when large size, was also decorated with thousands of Christmas lights... even more prims adding up...
Yet, miracles do happen, the huge fir tree has now a land impact just UNDER 20 (!), and even when ...dressed up in full light with all ornaments and decoration for Christmas is just 59 (tree plus all the decoration)
Making clear that land impact refer to current (huge) size, if you stretch up land impact will increase, if you make smaller land impact will be less.

1. Suitable for large lands: 1/4, 1/2, or full SIM owners.
Ideal for decorating big Stores and Malls front, Parks, Central squares, etc. Its a large tree.

make it small, still its ideal when big size is needed.

2. The decorating lights (optional, included) are performing PROGRAMMABLE LIGHT SHOWS, as with all our "Real Lights" series. You can re-program patterns and show sequences via our HUD (free at the Marketplace)
However, as this tree uses about 20 groups of different light-strings, reprogramming light shows is NOT an easy task. Tree comes with pre-programmed light show you CAN see in our store. Its long changing patterns for over 20 minutes! We recommend spend 20 minutes to see in-world, and ONLY BUY if you like what you see. Only experienced SL residents will be able to easily chose and set show patterns via HUD.

3. ALSO a Christmas - winter season tree! Of course it can be used as a normal fir tree (without any ornaments) around the year, AND decorated with Christmas lights and ornaments during the holidays season (decorated version INCLUDED)
(The normal tree -without decor- you can see in photo, or if you teleport to the actual location of the photo, sim "Mountains of Creta")
