Based on the "Chicken Ranch" in Texas that was at the center of so much controversy, this building was a pleasure to make, and I'm happy to be able to offer it to you now.

The entire structure when all buildings are used is :
351prims
And should be placed on land no smaller than 2048.

ALL of the structures are Copy/Mod, so no fear of losing or "breaking" any pieces, and you can rearrange or delete as you see fit.

The Main House is in two pieces,
The Main House is 256 Prims
The Base is 50 Prims
The Outbuilding is 45prims

The Windows have texture changers in them including a texture for privacy, there are 15 textures in all, and more can be added by simply editing the center of the window..not the frame and checking Edit linked parts this will highlight the window in blue. You can then click on the contents tab and that is where you will drop your texture.

The furniture and plants shown in the pictures are not included they were only used to show how I envisioned the build, however the Fireplace, and the Lantern is included along with a different style of fence section and gate, should you want to change that, or add a fence to the front.

I've kept the outbuilding separate from the main building, it is in it's own Rez-Faux box and you simply position the building using the box, or you can move the entire structure until it's set to your likeing by editing it. It's all one piece.
