The Citrine Condo

The Citrine Condo is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 4.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 10 m by 8 m and 18.5 m in height, consisting three identical floors with arched windows to the forward aspect and dual archways that give you access to the staircase. The three rooms are colored in apple, orange and lemon hue walls with light oak floors. The upper staircase leads you to a concealed door (activated by clicking) which leads to a roof terrace with brick and glass walls.

The floors and roof terrace contain materials which you will need to adjust your viewer to observe.
