Popular in the old west the Dogtrot is a versatile, practical, and comfortable home. Four rooms and lots of windows helped to keep the home cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. With a breezeway between rooms a wind tunnel could be created to offer fresh airflow, and a nice place to sit and enjoy the day, while keeping wood and other out door supplies dry from the weather.
Your dogtrot weighs in at 116 LI and is mostly mesh, there are two single prims which help with physics,
Almost all of the windows open, there is a bug with the scripts in one of the windows, currently I haven't found a fix for that yet, however when I do, the dogtrot will be updated and redelivered to you. If you link or unlink anything from the building you will have to reset these scripts. Please read the enclosed instructions to avoid frustration.
The doors open and will only close again when touched
The Fireplaces have working fires and sound, they listen in local chat on channels, 1, 2, 3, and 4 so you can light your fires independently of each other. Each hearth base has a sound script embedded in to it, simply click the hearth base to turn the sound on or off.
I have included a copyable climbable ladder for you to use should you want to utilize the lofts. (Please rezz this in edit and do not link or it will break the ladder)
The building comes to you in the convenient box rezzer I recommend raising the box off the ground to about head level before rezzing the build. To move the build to your location, simply move the rezzing box. Once there you can store or save your build and delete the box. Instructions included in this notecard.
Any questions don't hesitate to ask, I'm more than happy to answer them and help in any way I can.
