The building itself has exactly and ONLY 56 Prims + 2 Prims for the autoconfiguring Teleporters (to enter and leave the skybox).

Once the skybox is rezzed, every single Prim is copiable and modifiable. Only the scripts are not modifiable. But all prims are. So dont be fooled when you see your rezz-box in your inventory with the permissions (no modify) (no transfer). It shows 'No Modify' because the rezz-box script is NO MODIFY.

I've found AT skyboxes to be some of the best in the business, bang-for-the-L$-wise. The Classy Loft is no exception. Easy living spaces, plenty of room to keep your cam from running into walls, scene-changer on the deck so it doesn't matter what your neighbor has in the sky... This one's a winner. Oh, and have a look at the bathroom mirror. It's the first one I've seen that shows anything close to a realistic image. Bravo! My only criticism is the 35x30 footprint. These slightly-oversized places are hard to fit on a standard 32x32 1024sqm parcel... 32x30 would be such a blessing. Nontheless, great work, and thank you for the amazing prices!
Nice and roomy
The texture of the cabinets over the kitchen counter should be rotated the other way so they're at the bottom instead of the top. It would be hard enough as it is to reach realistically to have the handles at the top. A bit disappointed that there isn't a lighting system. The fixtures are there but no working lights. There are a few things around that doesn't make sense but for $99 I can live with it.
