The Craftsman is a spacious log and stone home featuring multi-level floors on one level. The kitchen, bedroom and ensuite bathroom are on one level and a step down from the kitchen takes you into the dining room. One more step down leads into the warm main room featuring a stone fireplace with a roaring fire.
As you enter through the covered the main entrance, flanked by planters, you go through the glass inserted double doors and up two steps. Directly ahead is the great room, to the left is the master suite, and to the right is the kitchen. A door off the kitchen leads to the two car garage with a worn brick floor and retracting garage door.
The front wall of the main room and dining room is all windows which overlook the deck. These windows are tintable in 5 levels from clear to full black. A set of french doors off the dining room allows access to the deck. Rich textures and the warm blazing fire makes for a cosy atmosphere in the spacious area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave and features a warm ceramic tile floor.
The master bedroom features another fireplace and a set of french doors leading out to the deck. An ensuite bathroom includes a pedestal sink, vanity, toilet, and hot tub.
The entire home as is uses 352 prims and requires a lot of at least 3000 sq/m. If necessary, the kitchen and/or deck may be deleted to save prims (kitchen uses 49 prims and the deck uses 17).
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
