The Cromer cabin

A lovely beach cabin in light woods and pale blues with a deck for watching the sun go down. The windows have a number of texture change options giving you as much privacy as you want. there is a ladder up to the spacious loft which has a view over the deck. The doors are lockable and also can be latched open. .There is also a string of modern lights hanging from the roof apex.

All for an amazingly low 25 prims.

Included is a 6 prim fire with on off sound and particle smoke which you can easily remove if you wish.
Delivered in a rezz faux package which will require 40 prims free to rezz [ it also rezzes the fire at the same time] when you save the build and delete the box you will have a 31 prim combined build.

Also included in the pack are some sculptie privacy screens.

The build is designed for a 1024 [32x32] of which it covers just under half. It could also go on a 512 plot.
