I'm not a Dr. Who fan. lol. I bought this so I could make some animesh characters in my sim.
This one works GREAT. He is only 28 LI when animated mesh, he moves well with standard animations, and it's easy to re-texture him. He also has fair LOD... not great, but okay :) Anyone who zooms that far out would not be able to make out any clear features, anyway.
