Each of my builds come into creation first for my personal use or as contracted work. I do not build with the purpose of resale so each build is unique and not a cookie cutter prefab modified from the last build to have a new unit to add to the collection. I hope you enjoy your new purchase.
The Dog house:
I built this during the summer of 2008. My wife kept telling me I was in "the dog house" So I built this on the lake beside our house. It has three spacious floors and two large outer decks wraping around the building. The front deck can serve as a boat or fishing dock. The first floor I used as a private club. It has three accordian doors that when open make the space feel open to the water and night. The second floor I used as a Large home theater room and two bed rooms I let friends stay in from time to time. The third floor was my poker room, A great hangout spot for me and the guys. Lots of room for game tables and Man Art.
This build is about 50 x 50 and 150 prims. As always its Mod, Copy , No Transfer.
