The footprint is 30 x 30 meters. This usually fits perfectly on a square 1024sq.m. land. Please make sure (before you purchase), that your land is really at least 30 x 30 meters, because refunds are not possible due to the fact that the skybox is not transferable back to me.

+ 2 Prims for the autoconfiguring Teleporters (to enter and leave the skybox).

► PERMISSIONS: Copy and Modify / No Transfer
Once the skybox is rezzed, every single Prim is copiable and modifiable. Only the scripts are not modifiable. But all prims are. So dont be fooled when you see your rezz-box in your inventory with the permissions (no modify) (no transfer). It shows 'No Modify' because the rezz-box script is NO MODIFY.

Great Dungeon room
I have had this since 2018 and used it on several different properties. I have it stored underneath my Penthouse apartment now. The only draw back is the light streams, they are in the way if you rez something near them you can't edit or click on those objects. Otherwise the room is really a good build. I have it decorated and it is very useful.
The price and quality is right !
The best dungeon i had the pleasure working with. Two points ! 1. Loose the skylights and go for branding pits for lighting instead. If you place a furniture in the light beam, impossible to operate it with right click.. the light wil Highlight (lame i know) but the furniture becomes untouchable. 2. If you unrez, be sure to stand on your Rez box ! (sit on is not possible).If not, your dungeon will rez above you and you wont be able to enter. ALL BY ALL, it is fair to say that this is a very GOOD product price Quality that gives you the option to decorate and furnish the place to your darkest wishes (lol).
