The building itself has exactly and ONLY 22 Prims + 2 Prims for the autoconfiguring Teleporters (to enter and leave the skybox).

Once the skybox is rezzed, every single Prim is copiable and modifiable. Only the scripts are not modifiable. But all prims are. So dont be fooled when you see your rezz-box in your inventory with the permissions (no modify) (no transfer). It shows 'No Modify' because the rezz-box script is NO MODIFY.

THE best investment I've made. Beautifully done!
Yet another awesome skybox!
Every time I get another Loft, I get impressed yet again. I think the only drawback to this one is the 34x30 footprint - while it would easily fit a standard square 1024sqm parcel prim-wise, the 34m dimension makes a larger parcel necessary. Overall, though, I love it! :)
This is a really wonderful sky loft
I was iffy about that pre-installed textures cause I like to see my sims sun and evening but as she said it is fully modifiable I love that fact I was able to take off the front screen that held the textures. It was a bit tricking re-linking though but if you know what you are doing then not a problem. the animations are wonderful the bed is missing solo poses but it is alright if you have a similar bed to match the room it is easily replaced or you can add your own solo pose I believe(could be wrong) I don't mess with engines. and for $99 L promo price it is a very good deal.
