“The Franklin” is a modern home with three rooms, including two bedrooms, and features customized and original textures with realistic lighting and shadow effects. The doors are menu driven and can be locked, set to group, or set to specific users.

This is a good choice
If you are tired of the same look everywhere in SL, this is an excellent home. Three rooms with plenty of space to divide into smaller spaces fits nicely on parcels a touch smaller than 1024. With a 1024 you will have space for a low prim garden. the texture and quality is great. after you are set clear the resizer out of the permissions and you are golden. I've added this to my lineup of rental homes...too good not to.
