The Guereza Hut - Palm Tree House

All you'll find in the box :

- A lounge fixed right in the middle of 4 palm-trees (the set is delivered in Rez-Faux)
- 6 shrubs with wind effect.
- 1 garden chime.
- 1 storm petrol lamp (copper model).
- 1 double palm tree
- 1 simple palm tree

==== The Hut ====
This hut is round (11 m). A nice roof (Square rounded) with original textures overhang a large place surround by a lovely bamboo panel with transparencies. Only 11 prims.

==== The Bridge ====
Bridge rez with the hut but is separated to allow you to add you own, or to link it to something else. It's a nice walkway in old planks supported by bamboo. Nice mezzanine surround (2 sides)by the same panel than the hut. if your land is not flat, no problemo ! You'll see that the bamboo have 1 meter in depth.

==== Trees and Plants ====

3 shrubs and 4 palmtrees rez with the hut. All original textures, wind and gravity effect. Nice foliage, very realistic.
34 prims.

3 Plants, garden chime and petrol lamp are tansferable / no mod / no copy in a separated folder to allow you to place them as you wish.

Total size is about 16 X 16 (bridge included) and you need 71 prims to rez min (with rez-faux)
