The Jenny Nathaniel

This tall, slender lady stands above the rest of the town. Four stories tall, featuring wide, useable verandas (that's porches for y'all Northerners! XD ), and usable, railed roof space, The Jenny Nathaniel is based on an old Southern US type of structure dating from the mid-Victorian era.
Designed as high-end, period housing, ruling over her neighbors, this structure would also be perfect for individual shopping areas on all four floors, or for just one large store, in Victorian, Old West, Vampire or Steampunk sims.
*note.... be careful when modifing this one, as the base and porches are mega-prims, and will collape if resized.
