This is a perfect house for my sim.
The Lake Cabin done right!
I fell in love the first time I stepped in the cabin. I like the way floor plan of the cabin. The size of the room if perfect for our master bedroom as well as for our double triplets kids. Though I wish the backyard balcony is connected with a stair. Overall I really love the design and the texture of the cabin. Great work from the creator and will look up for their next releases!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous. I spent three days looking for houses, and looked through 10,000 of them, give or take, before deciding on this one. I'm going to make a list of pros and cons for my review. The pros are as follows: The design is very clean, and a good blend of a bit of modern design, with a rustic feel to it. The house it's self, what with the multiple faces, one for each wall and such, leaves a lot of potential customization, which in my mind heavily adds to the value. The size of the house is very nice. My main complaint with the other houses I looked at, were they were either too small to do much with, or too large to really feel like a good home. This one hits the sweet-spot right in the middle, for me. Now on to the cons, and a few suggestions to the creators. The few issues I had with this house were as follows: I noticed the wood on the underside of the front porch overhang, and the roof were on the same face, which was a bit frustrating, as i was hoping i could tint the roof a little more to my liking. The ceiling in the main room connects to the second floor side-rooms as one face, which was also a little frustrating, as it limited how different the colors could be from one room to the next. There's a small room with a tile floor that I wanted to use as a bathroom. (I think it was meant to be a kitchen, but it felt too small) It would be nice if that came with an optional door, or just a shutter/curtain, so as to add a bit more versatility. So my suggestions would be to add a few more texture faces to the aforementioned areas, to give just a little more customization, and add a pre-existing door that's removable, or include a door ready to be rezzed down and moved in place with the purchase of the house. Besides those minor issues, I have nothing but good things to say about this.
TLDR; Great looking house, good size, easy to customize to your liking, but could use a few more texture faces, and an extra door.
