The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).
The build is 11.5 m by 22.5 m, consisting of a large spacious main room with windows to one side and french door texture on the opposite side, The hallway leads you to the other three rooms.
The whole build has a 1 to 1 texture ratio, so you can either keep the supplied look or re-texture the skybox to suit your tastes.

This is a wonderful skyhome! I love that it is only 5 amazing prims. The wall and floor colors are beautiful. It fits perfect for a 512 m parcel (in the sky) and is so roomy, you'll think your parcel is twice the size. I just love it! Thanks to the creator for making such a wonderful and amazing build. I will have to buy others from this creator. The creator has so many beautiful ones to chose from :-)
