The Minnesota (With Garage)

This is a small one bedroom, one bathroom house with a two car garage made of all original mesh. The footprint is 19.5 by 26.5 meters, and it requires a 1024 m² parcel minimum. All the windows open and close.

The actual objects are copy / modify / no transfer, but the scripts and notecards in it's contents are copy / no modify / no transfer so it will show as (no modify)(no transfer) in your inventory but you will still be able to retexture as you like.
