The Okanagan was designed with space in mind while still maintaining rich texturing with a modest prim count.

As you enter through the double oak and etched glass main doors, you come into the large great room which is dominated by a floor to rafter fireplace set in the center of a wall of windows. A roaring fire sets the mood, creating a sense of cosy comfort. Smoke curls from the chimney to complete the effect.

The full kitchen is off to one side and features a complete set of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Some of the cabinet doors are set with stained glass with a fruit motif for that warm, country atmosphere. There is room next to the kitchen for a small eating area and a set of french doors leads out to the tiled stone patio.

At the rear of the great room, a spiral staircase leads up to the second floor where a loft overlooks the fireplace. This would make a nice media room with plenty of wall space for that flat screen TV. To the left of the stairs, a knotty oak door leads to a spacious master bedroom with cut pile carpet.

All of the windows in the home are tintable to five levels from clear to full black and there are controllers placed conveniently downstairs and in the bedroom.

Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.

All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
