The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 17 m by 21 m, consisting of a central hallway with doorways leading to a room either side with twin windows to the front aspect and a rear room with windows to the side aspect.
The decor is a traditional style with dark wood mouldings and floor. The walls have a baked finish and each room contain tinting script. so you can change each room to your own taste. In the main rooms both upper and lower walls sections can be tinted , the hallway is tint able as a whole.
Click the wall or panel and hold for 2 -3 seconds to change to the next shade.
The floor, windows and moldings have bump maps and specular materials..

I have also enclosed two teleport pads from Terra, they are self configuring, If you choose to use them, I suggest that after you rez and position the sky box you place a teleport pad inside the sky box and one where you intend to teleport from.
