If you want to use his house as is, it's easily 10 stars for quality.
However, if you want to replace the furniture with your own you're out of luck as the furniture shadows are directly baked into the walls leaving ugly shadows behind when you remove anything.
In the listings the furniture was mentioned as a bonus, but it's not, the furniture is a must if you don't want inexplicable shadows all over the place.
I contacted the creator about this issue in late january and was told a non furnished version was on its way by the end of the week. It's been a bit over a month now and haven't heard back from them.
Stay away if you want to furnish this yourself. Buy it if you want to keep it as is.
